1. About these terms
These terms apply when you access the Creyolve website or use a Creyolve beta product, including Trade, Photo or Media. By using a product, you agree to these terms. If you use a product for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to act for that business.
2. Accounts and authorised use
You must provide accurate account information, keep login details secure and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for managing access granted to members of your workspace.
3. Your content and customer data
You retain ownership of information and content you submit. You give Creyolve permission to host, process, transmit and display that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the requested service. You must have the rights and lawful basis required to upload or process information about customers, staff or other people.
4. Connected services
Some features connect to third-party services such as Meta, email, payment or storage providers. Their own terms also apply. You choose whether to connect them and may disconnect them where the product provides that option. Creyolve is not responsible for a third-party service being unavailable or changing its platform.
5. Facebook Page messaging
Trade may let an authorised business administrator connect a business-owned Facebook Page. Trade uses Meta APIs to receive Page Messenger conversations and send replies chosen by authorised workspace users. You must only connect Pages you are authorised to manage and must use Messenger data in accordance with Meta's terms and applicable law.
6. Fees and beta access
Current beta access may be free or trial-based. Any future paid plan, price, renewal or cancellation terms will be shown before you are charged. No payment is taken merely by viewing this website.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may change, suspend or withdraw beta features, and will take reasonable care when changes materially affect stored information.
8. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with other users, infringe rights, send unlawful communications or use the products for illegal, deceptive or abusive activity.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, beta products are provided without guarantees beyond those required by law. Creyolve is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits or losses caused by information entered incorrectly, third-party services, or use outside the product's intended purpose.
10. Ending use
You may stop using a product at any time. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance or serious misuse. Data requests and Facebook-related deletion requests can be made as described in our privacy policy.
11. Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how personal information and Meta Platform Data are handled.
12. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights. Questions can be sent to hello@creyolve.com.
