1. Who we are
Creyolve develops the Trade, Photo and Media software products. For privacy questions or requests, contact hello@creyolve.com.
2. Information we may collect
Depending on how you use the website or a beta product, we may process:
- contact and account details, such as your name, email address and organisation;
- messages and enquiries you send to us;
- business, customer, job or project information that you choose to enter into Trade;
- photos, videos, documents, metadata and collections that you choose to manage in Photo or Media;
- technical and security information, such as device, browser, IP address, access logs and error records;
- service preferences, permissions and activity needed to provide the requested features.
3. Facebook Messenger and Meta data
When a business connects a Facebook Page to Trade, the service may receive and process Page Messenger conversations through Meta's authorised APIs. This can include the sender's Page-scoped identifier, display name where Meta supplies it, message text, timestamps, attachments and delivery-related events.
We use this information to display business Page conversations in the communications workspace, enable authorised users to reply, associate conversations with the correct customer or enquiry, create relevant notifications and maintain the conversation history requested by the connected business.
We do not use Page Messenger data for unrelated advertising, and we do not sell it. Access is limited to authorised users of the connected business workspace. Replies are sent only when an authorised user chooses to send them.
4. How we use information
- to provide, maintain and secure the website and beta products;
- to deliver requested features, including project workflows, media processing, sharing, backup status and communications;
- to respond to enquiries and manage beta participation;
- to diagnose faults, prevent misuse and improve reliability;
- to meet legal, accounting and security obligations.
5. Our legal bases
Where UK data-protection law applies, we rely on performance of a contract or steps requested before a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the services, consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.
6. Service providers and international transfers
We may use carefully selected hosting, database, storage, email, monitoring, fulfilment and communications providers to operate the products. This may include Meta for Facebook Page messaging. Providers may process information in other countries. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards.
7. Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to provide the service, resolve disputes, maintain security and meet legal obligations. Retention can vary by product and workspace settings. We use access controls, encryption and operational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or provide a copy of your personal information, or object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing depends on consent.
9. Deleting Facebook-related data
You may request deletion of Facebook Page Messenger data processed by Trade by emailing hello@creyolve.com with the subject “Facebook data deletion request”. Please identify the connected business and Page. We may need to verify that you are authorised to make the request. A workspace administrator can also disconnect the Facebook Page to stop future collection through the integration.
10. Cookies
The public Creyolve site is designed to work without advertising cookies. Product applications may use essential cookies or similar storage for authentication, security and user preferences. Additional analytics will be disclosed and consent requested where required.
11. Children
Creyolve products are intended for businesses and professional users and are not directed at children.
12. Changes and complaints
We may update this policy as the beta products develop. The date above shows the latest revision. Please contact us first if you have a concern. You may also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or your local data-protection authority.
